During peak times, such as holidays, processing may take an additional 1-2 days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey to your door!

**Shipping Rates and Delivery Time**
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- **Standard Shipping:** Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
- **Expedited Shipping:** For a faster option, choose expedited shipping for delivery within 3-4 business days.


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. We currently ship within the United States; at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the perfect fit, and we’re here to help make the return process smooth and hassle-free.

**Return Window and Eligibility**
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unworn condition, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging (if applicable). Sale items, gift cards, earrings and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for returns.

**How to Initiate a Return**
To begin a return, please email our customer service team at evergreenboutiquefla@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Our team will respond with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

**Return Shipping**
For your convenience, a prepaid return label will be provided. A small fee of $6 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please let us know, and we’ll provide instructions for doing so.

**Refunds and Processing Time**
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
