Evergreen Boutique Return Policy
We are happy to accept your returns if you are not pleased with your order.
Items must possess all original tags attached and packaging intact and be returned within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
The following items are not available for return:
- Items which no longer have original tags attached
- Items which are not in new condition
- Items which have a strong odor or are covered in pet hair
- Swimwear or earrings
Delivery issues: Any package that has not updated tracking: Please wait 10 business days, if the tracking status has not changed in 10 business days please contact us at evergreenboutiquefla@gmail.com or via phone at 727-424-1066 and we will contact the shipping provider and attempt to locate the package.
If your package tracking is marked delivered, but you did not receive the package, the customer is responsible for contacting the corresponding delivery provider to file a claim.
